            This is an assessment of damages for injuries sustained by Ms. Dickenson in a motor vehicle accident in Kamloops on May 27, 2010. She was stopped at an intersection, waiting to turn left from Columbia Street onto Second Avenue, when she saw the defendant's vehicle approaching quickly from behind.
