             On April 2nd, 2015, Sarbjit Bains pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of Amritpal Saran, contrary to s. 236(b) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46.  He also pleaded guilty on a separate indictment to Count 1, to the second degree murder of Jill Lyons, contrary to s. 235(1) of the Criminal Code, and in Count 2, he pleaded guilty to the second degree murder of Karen Nabors, contrary to s. 235(1) of the Criminal Code. ...
