Boucher v. Boucher

           The plaintiff, Janette Boucher, and the defendant, Peter Boucher, married on December 24, 1983 and separated in October 2006.  On January 18, 2007, the parties received a declaration under s. 57 of the Family Relations Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 128 (“FRA”), stating that there was no reasonable prospect of reconciliation.  They are before the Court for a number of matters relating to the demise of their relationship.
